PYB is the responsible unit for the management of financial and technical support to projects and activities which ensure the implementation of regional development plans and programs in accordance with the Development Agencies Project and Activity Support Regulation and Support Management Manual. PYB manages the processes starting from launch of call for proposals until awarding and signature of the contracts. Main duties of PYB are as follows:
- Developing and updating general framework of implementation mechanism related to supports,
- Identifying application, eligibility and evaluation criteria,
- Anouncing support programmes and hold information meetings,
- Organizing project drafting training,
- Receiving and registering applications,
- Planning and managing project evaluation process,
- Announcing awarded projects and activities,
- Signing contracts with awarded project owners
