Corporate Management Unit (KYB)

Corporate Management Unit (KYB) consists of teams in charge of providing services in Finance, Human Resources, Press and Media Relations and IT systems. All managerial services are conducted by KYB personnel. Main duties of KYB are as follows:

  • Arranging and controlling all kind of payment documents in relation to budget and financial works,
  • Defining administrative needs and providing assistance in relation to them,
  • Classifying and submission of any correspondences of the Agency and documenting any incoming and outgoing correspondence,
  • Developing the human resources policy of the Agency and monitoring and evaluating human resources,
  • Providing recruitment services if needed,
  • Defining and running trainings and education programs for the staff in the Agency,
  • Implementing any kind of promotion and public-media relations services of the Agency,
  • Organizing and coordinating any kind of meetings, fairs, conferences, symposiums, Executive Board/Development Board meetings of the Agency,
  • Media monitoring for the Agency,
  • Dealing with the visibility of the Agency in all of its pronted identity materials, documents, etc.,
  • Dealing with the IT systems of the Agency,
  • Dealing with the web management of the Agency,
  • Dealing with the operation of the hardware in the Agency,
  • Dealing with the organization of the calendar and agenda of the General Secretary,
  • Providing communication between the units of the Agency
